    Room service was great, and the man didn't even wait around for a tip! The pool and the beach are lovely, although the pool could do with some retiling. The bedroom was lovely, particularly the bed sheets. Again, the furniture could do with some replastering. Overall, the hotel ambience was more than satisfactory.

    The food was not of a 5 star standard. The hotel uses a car company- evasion cars- which is highly unprofessional. We had a lot of problems with this car company, problems which would never occur in other countries. The hotel reception staff did not deal with our problem efficiently and although we waited for one hour and fifteen minutes at reception (wasting precious holiday time), no solution was secured for us. a particular hotel staff member rapproached us when we were in Medina and was very very friendly to us.He later led us to a shop which his family owns and pressured us to buy merchandise.In a country where everybody is friendly to you only because they want something, it was disappointing to find this in a hotel staff member too.

    think that this lovely welcoming and newly renovated hotel is beyond compare, liked it. overall the room is fantastic, beautiful and includes central heating, multi-channel tv, and a mini-fridge-bar. we have to thank very friendly and top-class staff for a very very good stay. the services are good, including a clean pool. need to add, it had free wi-fi in public areas.

    All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We could see they were very patient with difficult customers. The food was of a high quality and varied. I was part of a group with a wide age range and therefore different interests and we all enjoyed our time at the hotel. We liked that it was a short walk along the beach to the nearest town.

    The rooms were slightly tired. We wanted access to a gym and did not realise before going that this was extra if you were on half board.

    The hotel exuded a cute atmosphere with lovely gardens and well-maintained public areas. The spacious rooms were clean and suited our needs perfectly, providing great comfort .

    The outdoor pool is awesome, always clean and guarded. The staff is attentive, just tip them a little and they'll take care of you.

    It wasn't cheap, but tolerable.

    Beach location in sunny weather, Half hour ride in taxi into Medina ( Sousse ). Staff courteous and helpful. Room cleanliness v Good.Overall cleanliness in Public places excellent.

    No hot or even tepid water for much of the 4 days. Had to bring this to staff attention twice in one day. no water at all on one occasion. Query on English style food but you have such a diverse nationality staying you cannot cater for everyone. Many steps. You have to climb some steps to get to / from your room.

    Great staff and activities

    The staff were really friendly and helped me with everything, even organizing my late checkout. The atmosphere was chill, and I enjoyed the beach and snack bar by the pool. Only thing, the WiFi was pretty hit or miss. Drove me a bit crazy at times.

    our room had a pool view and sea view. Paul was nice and big with access to the beach, the pool was a bit too cold to swim in though

    dissapointed with the food - a lot of our party were poorly, no hot water on some occasions no hot water at all.

    beautiful pool and beach. Good tours to see Tunisia. Great food. Very clean hotel, buildings need renovation though.

    Very poor design bathroom, bathtub.You have to pay when you "check in". Far from the city, I wish I was closed to El Kantaoui port or Sousse city.
